Art & Movement Retreat

Join Louise & Laura Peroutka-Greenwood at Hillman House about 2 hrs away from the cities. This retreat will  include opportunities to explore the relationship between art and  movement. It can encourage us to see when/where we are rigid and where we're more fluid as an opportunity to come back to ourselves and take deep care of us. To attend this retreat you are NOT expected to be an artist! It's meant to spark creativity, new perspectives & recovery!

Please note, each registration will be one king size bedroom. If you'd like to bring a friend to share the room with, there will be an additional fee to support the additional number participating (Add a Guest Ticket). An "Acclimation Bonus" is offered as an add on that will allow you to have an early check in (as early as 10:00am) so you can get yourself grounded and fully transition out of everyone else's needs, leave work behind and settle in for a restful and rejuvenating weekend!
