We are offering a longer version of the retreat again this year!! Check in on Thursday to allow for an additional nights rest and time to settle in with restorative movement, sauna, and space to land, make sure to add the "Extended Stay" option to your check out!!

About the Retreat
Join Louise on a retreat created specifically to prepare and potentially improve your relationship with rest and winter! We will explore opportunities to learn about our relationship with nature & weather so we can work towards an easeful transition into the winter months. The retreat includes meals, a private room, multiple movement opportunities, themed classes, free time, the option to do 1:1 work with facilitators, and add on a massage! Please note, each registration will be one king size bedroom.
The extended stay gives ample time to get yourself grounded and fully transition out of everyone else's needs, leave work behind and settle in for a restful and rejuvenating weekend! There is still the option to check in on Friday at a lower price if budget or time doesn't allow for the longer option.

This will allow an additional night to give yourself ample time to settle and reap the max benefits of this time for yourself. You will have the option to add this at the time of purchase until October 15th if you are undecided on length of stay but want to make sure you get your spot confirmed!
